BETTER FACTORY is an H2020 project that aims to provide a methodology for manufacturing SMEs to collaborate with artists to develop new and customized products. At the same time, it provides technology for SMEs to become cyber-physical systems, transforming them into Lean-agile production facilities capable of manufacturing new and customized products alongside existing ones.
SMART-VIEW
The SMART-VIEW project is a sub-project of the BETTER FACTORY (through the Cascade Funding / Lump-Sum mechanism), where it is planned to implement a Knowledge Transfer Experiment (KTE) for the company FAMOLDE with the aim of improving the production process of molds, which uses human operators that interact with robots and machines (production tools), to create and manufacture molds of high precision and quality.
