The TOOLING4G project aims to gather a wide value chain (from design to final product) in response to global customers who increasingly want turnkey solutions.
The Engineering & Tooling plays a critical role in development of complex product, so it is a strategic structure for Portugal, supports the industrialization of any complex product and induces foreign investment, growth and employment.
TOOLING4G is a creation of a collective and strategic dynamics of companies and scientific and technological entities associated into the Engineering & Tooling cluster, which propose to create and transfer innovative technologies within the challenges of INDUSTRY 4.0, INDUSTRY SCAN, and in particular, the “Manufacture-Zero defects”, to support a new offer in differentiated products for the international market.
